「IT社会と情報セキュリティ」の講義で先生が教えてくれました。

* 怪獣
o 基本的に警察庁。サルが逃げ出した場合と同じ「遺失物」扱い。
o 万が一怪獣が放射性物質を撒き始めた場合は経産省の原子力安全・保安院が対応する。

* 巨大ロボット
o 基本的に警察庁。AIBOやチョロQが落ちていた場合と同じ「遺失物」扱い。
o 万が一ロボットが攻撃を始めた場合は、警察庁がピストルで応戦する。
o 都市に被害が及び、地方自治体からの激甚要請があった場合、自衛隊が黙々と市民の救出にあたる。

* UFO
o まず自衛隊がスクランブル発進。発砲は許可されているが好ましくない。
o 場合によっては自衛隊が着陸を許してしまう（前例：ソ連のミグ25の強行着陸事件）
o 着陸後中から生命体が出てきた場合は文科省（宇宙生命探査を担当）の管轄となる。
o 明らかに人型をしていた場合は外務省職員が対応にあたる。
